Privacy Policy

What data we process

• Invitation cookie (robota_invite): a technical token that remembers you entered with a valid invitation code. It does not identify a person on its own.
• Matches and game analytics: we store aggregated statistics for each match (number of players, variant, board, duration, scores) and the invitation code that brought each player, to learn which community generates activity. We store no names, IP addresses or credentials in these analytics.
• End-of-match feedback: if you submit the rating (1-5 stars and optional comment), we also store the name you typed and the invitation code, because you provide them voluntarily when sending it. This feedback may be forwarded to an internal team Discord channel to be read right away.
• Sign-in with Discord/Google (premium feature): if you link your account, we never store your email, name or avatar from the provider. We only keep an irreversible hash (HMAC) of the identifier Discord or Google gives us, used solely to recognize you as the same user on future visits.
• Backups: saved matches are backed up nightly; they are kept only to restore the service in case of failure.

What we use this data for

• Running the game (matches, session, invitation wall).
• Measuring which communities bring players, in aggregate and without identifying individuals.
• Reading and answering player feedback.
• Recognizing premium users without storing their real identity.

Who we share data with

We do not sell or hand over data to third parties for advertising purposes. Feedback may be forwarded to a private Discord channel managed by the game team. We use infrastructure providers (hosting, Discord and Google as OAuth providers) solely to deliver the service.

How long we keep the data

Matches and their analytics are kept while the service is running; backups rotate under an internal policy. You can request deletion of your feedback or of your premium account link by writing to playrobota111@gmail.com.

Your rights

If you live in the EU, you have the right to access, rectify, delete and restrict the processing of your data, and to portability, by writing to playrobota111@gmail.com.

Minors

ROBOTA is not specifically aimed at children under 14 and does not knowingly request data from children under that age.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy; relevant changes will be announced on the site itself or on the community Discord server.
