Turn-based strategy and trading, in about 20 minutes

ROBOTA is an online board game for 2 to 6 players. Europe, 2035: roll the dice, produce resources, lay routes, raise factories and sell your robots wherever the market opens. Plays in your browser, free and with nothing to install.

A whole game, about 20 minutes

That is the real average of games finished on playrobota.com, not an estimate. You start and finish in one sitting.

You can play alone, right now

Fill as many seats as you like with bots and start without waiting for anyone. That is how most games have been played so far.

Or with friends, via a link

Create the table, copy the link and paste it wherever you want. Whoever opens it plays: no account, no downloads, and on the phone too.

What makes it different

Two rule sets

Classic: factories score nothing, no two can sit side by side and you win at 12 points. Builder: every factory is worth a point, you can build next to your own and you win at 16.

Bots at three levels

Easy, normal and hard. They really negotiate: they offer trades, accept and refuse. And if a human drops out, a bot takes the seat after a minute and the game goes on.

Turn clock

No limit, or from 30 seconds to 10 minutes per turn. You decide whether the table takes its time or races.

The tsunami

When a 7 comes up the wave hits: anyone hoarding too many cards discards half. Normal above 6 cards, strict above 5.

Two board styles

The illustrated deluxe board or the classic vector one, switchable mid-game without losing your thread.

Nine languages

Spanish, English, Portuguese, French, German, Chinese, Japanese, Korean and Hindi. Every player at the table can have their own.

Early access

ROBOTA is in closed testing: you get in with an invitation. Drop by the Discord and ask for yours — they are handed out one at a time.
