This translation is provided for convenience; in case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.

1. What ROBOTA is

ROBOTA is a free online multiplayer board game (2-6 players), accessible through an invite link. Access may be limited to an invitation code while the game is in closed testing.

2. Use of the service

By using playrobota.com you agree not to use the service for illegal purposes, not to attempt to bypass the invitation wall or the server's security, and not to abuse the feedback system or the associated Discord bot.

3. Accounts and login

The game can be played without registration. If you link your Discord or Google account to access premium features, you authorize ROBOTA to verify your identity through that provider under the conditions described in the privacy policy (only a hash of the identifier is stored, never your personal data from the provider).

4. User-generated content

Feedback comments and the name you enter are your responsibility; we reserve the right not to publish or to remove inappropriate content.

5. Service availability

ROBOTA is offered "as is", with no guarantee of continuous availability. It is a project under active development and there may be outages, loss of matches in progress or other failures.

6. Intellectual property

The rulebook, design and code of ROBOTA belong to their authors. Third-party assets are used under open licenses (CC BY icons, CC0 sounds, MIT boardgame.io engine) — full attributions in the project repository.

7. Changes to the service or these terms

We may modify or discontinue the service and update these terms at any time. Continued use after a change implies acceptance.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law.
